What will happen when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

UPGRADE

Upgrade plan successfully will raise the limitation of total products, which could be linked with multiple sources like AliExpress, Temu and CJ Dropshipping, and UNLOCK more advanced functions including:

SPLIT product variants

1-Click fulfill MULTIPLE orders

To upgrade your Zopi account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Zopi dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to “Settings & Billing”
Step 3: In the “Billing” section, click “Change plan” and select the plan you want to upgrade
Step 4: Complete the payment process

Note: When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, then you're charged $5.00 + ($15.00 - $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD.

DOWNGRADE

Downgrade plan successfully will:

REDUCE the limitation of the product which has been linked with different sources.

Other premium functions listed above will be locked.

To downgrade your Zopi account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Zopi dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to "Settings & Billing"
Step 3: In the "Billing" section, click "Change plan" and select the plan you want to downgrade

Note: When you downgrade your plan from a more expensive option to a less expensive one (not back to the Free plan), Shopify will provide an application credit based on the price difference and the remaining days in your billing cycle as stated in their policy here. To check for this application credit on Shopify, go to Settings and navigate to the Billing section.

The new plan is only applied at the end of billing cycle
