Push Products to More Sales Channels with Zopi (Omnichannel Support)
Zopi now supports omnichannel product publishing, allowing you to push products from Zopi to multiple sales channels via your Shopify store—helping you expand your reach and increase sales across platforms.
To ensure the best experience, Zopi only supports channels that are connected through the Shopify App Store. This allows Zopi to automatically sync your channel information from Shopify, so you don’t need to manage each channel separately.
How It Works
Once a sales channel is connected to your Shopify store through its official app, Zopi can detect and push products to that channel from both Find Product and Product Center—all in just a few clicks.
Steps to Add a New Sales Channel
Connect the Channel
In Zopi, go to My Channel and click Connect next to the platform you want to sell on (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, X, etc.)
You will be redirected to that channel’s Shopify App Store listing
Install the app on your Shopify store

Log In via Shopify Admin
After installation, go to the Shopify Admin Panel
Open the newly installed app (e.g., TikTok, Facebook & Instagram)
Log in or authorize your account for the channel
Push Products via Zopi
Now, return to Zopi
Go to Find Product or Product Center
Select the product(s) you want to sell and click Push to Channel
Choose your newly connected sales channel(s) and complete the push process
If the channel app is already installed and active in Shopify, it will automatically appear in Zopi for pushing.
