Tired of having to import and push the products manually to your Shopify store every single time? No more worries, with Zopi, importing products into your Shopify store is a breeze and can be done quickly.

This article covers three convenient options for importing your products:

Import from Find Product

Method 1: Import from Homepage

At the homepage when you login into Zopi, you can see a list of You may also like products and click Import directly from here.

Method 2: Import from Find Product

Steps

Login to Zopi and go to Find product.
There are 3 options for you to import:

Option 1: Import any products.
Option 2: Search for the items you want by entering keywords and click “Import”.
Option 3: Pasting the AliExpress, Temu, eBay product link in the search box.

You can hover to 1 product, the Quick view option will appear in the upper left corner of the Product Card, allowing you to see a brief overview, including price range, last order, review and shipping information before importing.

Method 3: Import by AliExpress/Temu/Ebay product URL

II. Refund

Please keep in mind that you have agreed to our Terms of Service once you approved the Shopify charge. ALL charges made can NOT be refunded.

CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A REFUND

You should contact us via our live chat, or our email to describe your problem(s). We DO NOT guarantee that your refund request will be accepted, because each app has its own policy.
The scope of work is based on the Support Policy. All processes must follow the Support Policy in order to get the final confirmation from both sides.

Set Pricing Rules

You can simply follow this instruction for setting up pricing rules for your products and it will be applied after you have saved it.

Steps

Login to Zopi > Settings & Billing > Product.
In the Price set up tab, turn on Auto pricing.
Click on the ration button to select your desired pricing rule type.

There are 2 options: Basic Pricing Rule and Advanced Pricing Rule (Available from the Advanced plan and above).

Option 1: Basic Pricing Rule

This rule allows you to use a fixed number to add to or multiply by the product cost and set the result as the product selling price. Before you can understand the formula, learn the explanations of some related concepts.
